In the event of discontinuation due to mutual termination agreement of a project, we will own all completed work and any payments made toward future development will be null and invalid. There would be no reimbursement of any kind for whatever was paid in the past. Projects that are already halfway through a milestone phase are not eligible for a refund. Clients that purchase digital marketing packages are not entitled to a refund but may cancel with 30 days written notice.

We ask that you please notify our billing department of any cancellation requests. Until the relevant agency approves the cancellation, it will not take effect. When clients invest in our premium service, they pay in full in advance, allowing us to employ any tactic without worrying about any backfire. Once we receive your monthly payment, we will immediately begin providing our SEO services for the entire month.
